Additives for concrete

Its development started in 2003. Best of them was Gaia nanosilica, the best in the world nowadays, it eliminates microsilica of concrete. And alliance was signed with Ulmen S.A., and Industrias Ulmen Europa.

This unit is phase 3.

Additives for cementation of oil wells

Technology know-how got during Gaia development let to extrapolate this additives to the cementation of oil wells. Pangea I is the nanosilica developed for the wells cementation that has replaced several additives with years in the market and has eliminated silica in some cases, with additional properties, consequence of development through nanotechnology. This product has received recently Award Innovar 2007 in Argentina.

Pangea I, together with a cement retardant and disperser ordered by our clients, is sold in Venezuela since 2006. And alliance was signed with Ulmen S.A., and Industrias Ulmen Europa. This unit is in phase 3.

Nanocements

This business unit implies an alliance with a cement company to supply them always the best and cheapest cements in the world, thanks to the technology and patents developed by CT. From second generation of the product, CO2 emissions reduce to the half (and cement is the second biggest pollution agent in the world).

Picotechnology

In spite of all advantages and advances made thanks to nanotechnology, it is possible to go a generation further.

Understanding relationships and causes of matter at a 1000 times smallest size (10-12mt), Cognoscible Technologies is able to work with this that you cannot even see with the strongest microscope, nos have a solid concept in our world, but have however, big effects and produce changes in the matter everyday.

One of the first applications of picotechnology designed by this company is a new way of chemical synthesis, where only between 30 and 50% of material is needed to produce the same quantity of product. This is the most profitable unit of the company.
